Turning notifications on/off

There are a number of email notifications that are sent to your provider email address, and you have the option of switching these off if you no longer wish to receive them.

This can be done on the Notifications page under Settings, simply untick the notifications you no longer wish to receive and we'll stop sending you them.

This is also the place where you can specifiy whether you want to offer your customers the option of opting in to receive session reminders, and you can find out more about these in our dedicated Turning on session reminders article.
