Restoring the banked session

With a catch-up

When restoring a previously cancelled banked session where a catch-up has already been booked, no change is made to either the banked session or the catch-up.

The restored banked session continues to debit the customers account balance to cover the cost of the catch-up session, and the catch-up remains free.

However, the catch-up will again be deducted from their catch-up allowance.

Without a catch-up

When restoring a previously cancelled banked session prior to a catch-up being booked, the banked session transitions back to being restored, debiting the customers account balance and will again be deducted from their catch-up allowance.

Restoring the catch-up session

When restoring a previously cancelled catch-up session this transitions back to being restored, notifying the customer, and will again be deducted from their catch-up allowance.
