Removing a student before a catch-up

When removing a student from a class and their last session falls before the banked session/catch-up, the banked session and catch-up will be removed and not contribute towards the customers account balance.

Removing a student after a catch-up

When removing a student from a class and their last session falls on or after the banked session/catch-up, the banked session and catch-up will remain and still contribute towards the customers account balance.
