Making a term public
When you first create or duplicate a term, the new term will initially be hidden from the public. This means that any classes in the term and any bookings in these classes that have either been duplicated with the term, or created since, will also be hidden through association.
The reason behind this is to give you time to prepare your term without it being public, so you can make it public when you're ready.
When a term is hidden you'll see a yellow "Hidden" flag in the terms list. To make the term public simply select the "Make public" option from the terms drop-down menu.
Possible side effects
If a term is hidden, the classes in it can't be found by your customers, and the bookings in these classes won't feature in their Family Portal. As well as this, any costs associated with these bookings won't be included in the balance the customer sees, which may cause some confusion.
