Keeping track of invites
Once you've sent an invite, the waitee will then have 48 hours to use their unique link to self-book before it expires. If the invite expires before they have booked, their space is no longer reserved and is opened back up to anyone who finds the class on the listing pages.
You can keep track of your invites on both the waiting list page and in a classes qualifying waitees list. A green badge in the top right corner indicates an invite has been sent and is yet to expire, so is still within the 48 hours timeframe. If the badge turns red, then it's been more than 48 hours since you sent the invite and it's now expired.
At any time you can (re)send an invite, this will immediately expire any existing invite you've sent to this waitee. They will then have the usual 48 hours to self-book onto the new class you've sent an invite for.
Please be aware, this does mean a waitee can only ever be invited to self-book onto one class at a time. And it's up to you whether you want to resend invites to waitees when their invite expires, or move onto inviting the next waitee in the list.
PLEASE NOTE
You should only ever invite a waitee to self-book onto classes that have space available, and you should never send more invites than there are spaces available, otherwise you will end up with customers being unable to book onto classes they've been invited to.
