Cancelling the banked session

With a catch-up

When cancelling a banked session where a catch-up has already been booked, no change is made to either the banked session or the catch-up.

The banked session continues to debit the customers account balance to cover the cost of the catch-up session, and the catch-up remains free.

However, in order to credit the customer for the cancellation, the catch-up is no longer deducted from their catch-up allowance.

Without a catch-up

When cancelling a banked session prior to a catch-up being booked, the banked session transitions to cancelled, crediting the customers account balance and is no longer deducted from their catch-up allowance.

Cancelling the catch-up session

When cancelling a catch-up session this transitions to cancelled, notifying the customer, and is no longer deducted from their catch-up allowance.

PLEASE NOTE

When both the banked session and catch-up are cancelled, the customers account balance will be credited for the session, and the catch-up is no longer deducted from their catch-up allowance.
