What is a waiting list

Waiting lists are a great way to continue gathering interest in your classes once you've started to fill your spaces.

DoDays allows you to capture prospective customers, we call waitees, that each have their own preferred venues and day/times. This makes it easier than ever to continue filling your classes when a space becomes available, helping you maximise your booking potential.

You can view your waiting list by clicking the Waitees link underneath Teaching in the main navigation on the left hand side.

You have the option of running a fully private waiting list, requiring customers to contact you via phone or email to be added to the list. Alternatively, you can open your waiting list up for customers to self-join, and this will be advertised on your partner page.

When your waiting list starts to fill and spaces become available, you have the option of inviting waitees to self-book onto a qualifying class based on their preferences.

Once a waitee is invited to self-book onto a class, a space in that class is reserved for them for 48 hours. They will receive an email that contains a unique link to complete their booking, as well as the option to decline the invite which will immediately free up the space.
