Managing your waiting list

Once your waiting list starts to fill up it can be hard to keep on top of things, but there's a couple of useful tools to help with this.

Finding a classes qualifying waitees

The feature you'll probably find most useful is the intelligent matching on your class pages.

There is a new Qualifying Waitees list on each class page that shows any waitees which qualify for the class based on their preferred venue and day/time. Also, if a class is configured for a specific age range and/or stage, the list will even filter down to students who have a qualifying DOB and/or stage.

Searching and filtering your entire waiting list

Unlike most other lists on DoDays, your waiting list will always be ordered by the date the waitee joined in ascending order, meaning the person who joined your list first will be at the top.

You then have the ability to Search the list by customer and student details, as well as use the preset Filters to further refine your search based on the waitees preferred venues/days and student stage.
