Editing a waitee

From time to time a waitees preferences might change, therefore, you have the ability to update all the details held against a waitee by select the Edit waitee option from the drop-down menu.

This form works in exactly the same way as creating a waitee, and you have the option of changing all the customer and student details for new customers.

For an existing customer waitee you can only change the student stage and preferences. You should change the customer and student details by editing the respective customer and student records seperately.

If someone has joined your waiting list who already has a DoDays account, but isn't one of your customers, then you won't be able to update their details, as you don't yet have access to their account yet.
