Automatically removing waitees

Keeping on top of your waiting list can be tricky, and DoDays tries to make it as easy as possible. In order to try and keep it as up to date as possible, when someone self-books onto one of your classes, DoDays checks to see if there are any matching waitees based on the email address provided. If there is, these waitees will be removed from your waiting list.

If you wish to turn this feature on/off for specific classes, there is an option to do so when creating/editing a class.

This is useful for bookings being made in holiday sessions or special events that fall outside of your regular schedule, which is what waitees are normally waiting for.
