Creating a term

Terms are used to better organise your classes into related groups, normally based on the schedule they run.

For example, if your classes are running from a date in January to a date in February it is recommended your term name should reflect this i.e. January - February 2021.

This can also work for any holiday classes you intend to run, as these can then be categorised with a term name such as Christmas 2020 or Easter 2021.

Not only will picking sensible term names improve navigating the Provider Account, it will also help your customers easily find the classes they are looking for on the public listings as the term name is always visible to them.

To create a term visit the Terms page from the main menu on the left, under Schedule, and click the "Create new term" button.

All your term needs is a name, simply enter this into the Name field and click Create.
