Ensuring bookings are visible

While, by default, bookings themselves are classified as visible to the customer in the Family Portal, there's a couple of factors that could make a booking hidden from the customer through association.

These two factors are when a class is not published and/or a term is yet to be made public. Follow the instructions in the Publishing a class and Making a term public articles to ensure your bookings is visible.

To check if a booking is hidden you can look on the customer or student account, under Billing any booking that is hidden will be marked with the "Hidden" flag.

Possible side effects

If a booking is hidden, it won't feature in their Family Portal and any costs associated with these bookings won't be included in the balance the customer sees, which may cause some confusion.
