Switching your fee setting ​

When onboarding with DoDays you specify whether you'd like to absorb the fees incurred by DoDays and Stripe, or pass these onto your customers through a booking fee.

If at any point in the future you'd like to change this fee setting you can do so within the Fees area of Settings.

As highlighted on-screen, changing this preference will only impact future bookings, existing bookings will retain the fee setting at the time they were created.

PLEASE NOTE

If your customers subscribe to a payment plan, the monthly cost is calculated based on the fee setting.

Therefore, in order to reflect this change in the monthly cost, you'll need to create a new plan after you've changed the fee setting and perform a subscription switch.
