Banking a session

Catch-ups offer you an easy and automated way to give a provider your notice of absence while allowing you to take advantage of a free catch-up session.

Not every provider offers catch-ups, and the timescales around when you can provide your notice of absence and book a catch-up depend on the providers catch-up settings.

Given a provider has enabled catch-ups, you're within the banking, booking and expiration windows, and have not reached your catch-up allowance limit, you will be offered the option to bank a session.

To bank a session, navigate to the booking (class) in your family account and find the specific session date you're unable to attend under Schedule, then click the Can't make it? link.

When clicked, you'll be asked to confirm the action, acknowledging that you accept your space in the class will be released for the given date.

You'll also see confirmation of how many catch-ups you've already booked within the last 12 months and your remaining catch-up allowance.

PLEASE NOTE

It's important to understand and accept that when banking a session your space in the class will be released for others to book.

Banking cannot be undone.
