Paying by subscription

Think of subscriptions like direct debits, just without having to sign a mandate. They’re a form of regular direct payment that occur on the first of every month.

Depending on your booking cost, DoDays will predict how much you need to pay each month to cover these costs, a very similar model to that of a utility company.

With DoDays, your class bookings are the debit on your account and the payments you make through your subscription are the credit, which is used to pay off your debit.

If you wish to leave a provider you must give them your formal notice in writing (email). Once this has been given your last lesson with them will be agreed based on their notice period.

Depending on your last lesson and subsequent balance, your account with this provider will then be reconciled. If you are in debit, they will process a final card payment for the amount owed. Alternatively, if you are in credit, this will be returned to you via a refund to the card on your account.
