Your catch-up allowance

When a provider offers catch-ups they set a limit, known as your catch-up allowance, defining how many catch-up sessions you can book per family member within a 12 month rolling window.

Whenever you bank a session, your catch-up allowance will decrease by one until you've reached your limit.

If a banked session or catch-up is cancelled, your catch-up allowance will increase by one, to reflect this cancellation, enabling you to bank and book another catch-up.

Also, when a catch-up falls outside the 12 month rolling window, your catch-up allowance will increase by one, enabling you to bank and book another catch-up.

Every time you bank a session you will see confirmation of how many catch-ups you've already booked within the last 12 months and your remaining catch-up allowance.
